But the fashion of the place remain the same also during the gloomy days, this fact seems to be strange, but... the nature finds its better expression in the symbolic silence. “ Il Casale del Grillo” has availability of 22 rooms and 8 small apartments, all different and furnished with pieces of furniture typical of the Umbrian tradition and all are provided with TV color. The living room is welcoming and the fireplace invites to make comfortable immediately. At the table the reach menu could meet everyone requirements. Our recipes are those of a generous country: bread cooked in wood-burning oven, a good and ripe tomato, a pinch of salt, and naturally our extra virgin olive oil. In this way “ la Bruschetta” a symbol of conviviality comes savoury on your table.

A hundred and fourty hectares of game reserve, open all the year long, are available for the lovers. And for the other a pilgrimage around the mystic Umbria, studded with wellknown sanctuaries of Franciscan memories and ancient convents and hermitages. The hospitality of the proprietor makes the stay really nice. The restaurant has available saloons for parties, ceremonies and congresses, for 400 people.
